Integrating the Environment BMW OP
• The carrying out of a pilot eco-audit of The Operational Programme
• Operational Programme and Programme Complement sets out what impact (if any) the measure or sub-measure will have on the environment
• The NDP provides that environmental considerations must be incorporated into the project selection procedures of implementing bodies

• Where appropriate and feasible, specific indicators to assess impact on the environment have been developed at measure level
• The Monitoring Committee includes representatives from the appropriate bodies responsible for the environment
• Environmental Co-ordinating Committee has been established to promote and co-ordinate the principle

• Environmental considerations feature as requirements in all evaluations undertaken under the Operational Programme
• Each Implementing Body is required to report to the Monitoring Committee on the progress of the integration of environmental considerations in their Measure
