1 EVENTS 6th FAI European Freefall Style & Accuracy Landing Championships The events will comprise the following disciplines: - Team Accuracy Landing - Individual Accuracy Landing - Freefall Style A separate classification for male and female is made in all events. 3rd FAI Junior European Freefall Style & Accuracy Landing Championships The events will comprise the following disciplines: - Junior individual Accuracy Landing - Junior Freefall Style A separate classification for male and female is made in all events. 1.1 Date and place of the EPC August 20th to August 28th, 2011 in Kikinda, Republic of Serbia. 1.2 Location of Events Kikinda is a town and a municipality located in Serbia, in the autonomous province of Vojvodina. It is the administrative centre of the North Banat District. The town has 42,000 inhabitants, while the municipality has approximately 67,000 inhabitants. Kikinda is situated 130 kilometers North from Serbian capital city Belgrade.The Championships Competition Drop Zone will be located on Airport Kikinda (LYKI) near town of Kikinda (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kikinda) - 45 46 05.15N, 020 25 02.16E Elevation 257ft.

e) To promote and develop Freefall Style and Accuracy Landing parachuting. f) To exchange experience and strengthen friendly relations between the sport parachutists of all nations. g) To allow participants to share and exchange experience, knowledge and information. h) To improve judging methods and practices.

4 GENERAL INFORMATION 4.1 Aircraft to be used for both events: AN-2, exit speed 120-140 km/h (65-75 kts/h); Cessna 182, exit speed 120-140 km/h (65-75 kts/h); Bell-212, exit speed 120-140 km/h (65-75 kts/h); Mi-8, exit speed 120-140 km/h (65-75 kts/h); Pilatus PC 6, exit speed 120-140 km/h (65-75 kts/h) 4.2 Weather conditions:

Four star hotel, traditional cuisine in the national restaurant "Lalinska soba", international modern cuisine adapted to suit guest requirements, offering all types of meat, river and sea fish and vegetarian food. Working hours of the hotel – non stop. At the vicinity of DZ there are all types of accommodation (pensions, hotels, privates and apartments with various prices). - Apartments “SIESTA” – Kikinda, Serbia - Apartments “CAFFE-CAFFE” – Kikinda, Serbia. 4.4 Drop Zone Facilities Building equipped with: • Jury room; • Judging room; • Press room; • Internet access and room with 10 Computers; • Wi-Fi Internet access at the Airport; • Big screens for public judging; • Briefing area; • Copying and fax machines and other necessary office equipment; • Rigging service Parking place for 300 cars on the airfield. A big tent for packing parachutes. 4.5 Competition rules Valid Competition Rules 2011 for FAI 1st category events. 4.6 Judging equipment Cametrix Systems will be used for judging Freefall Style and Accuracy Landing Events. 4.7 Doping Policy In accordance with the FAI Sporting Code, General Section.

4.8 Safety Conditions Protective headgear must be worn. AAD is not mandatory but is recommended. 4.9 Public Address system A loudspeaker system will be used for announcement throughout Drop Zone. Radio equipment will be available for communication between the personnel, judges, manifest etc. Up to date system will be used by manifest to ensure full transfer of information to competitors and the public. 4.10 Training Jumps Training Jumps will be organized on Saturday, August 20th 2011 from 08.00 to 18.00. The jumps must be booked in advance (Official Entry Form). 4.11 Pre Event Training Camp Pre Event Training Camp will be organized from August 13th to August 19th 2011 with all S&A facilities on site. Jump tickets: Accuracy Landing Jump 15 €; Free Style Jump 25 €. Training Camp must be booked in advance (Official Entry Form).

5 REQUIREMENTS 5.1 Personal requirement To take part in the event, a valid FAI Sport License 2011 is required. Each participating country should also bring a national flag (size 100x150 cm) and a tape/CD with the national anthem for the opening and closing ceremony. 5.2 Insurance requirement Each competitor will be required to have current and valid personal medical insurance, including repatriation in the event of a serious accident. It is recommended that the health insurance policy, for the period of residence in Serbia, covers the amount of medical expenses not less than 20.000 euros. Legal liability insurance cover for all competitors and officials shall be the responsibility of the Organizer. The immediate medical first aid for competitors and officials is the responsibility of the Organizer during the official event and during training day.

6 TRANSPORT Will be provided by shuttle buses from competition hotel do DZ and back. Cost of transportation during competition covered by entry fees. All delegations that will be coming to Serbia via Belgrade Airport, will be transferred by mini buses, cars, and buses, free of charge on August 11th, 12th, 19th, and 20th, and also on official departure date, August 28th. 6.2 Local transport The Organizer will provide a shuttle buses from hotel to Drop Zone and back to the hotel during competition. Shuttle bus will run from the hotel every morning and from the Drop Zone after finish of the competition. If it is necessary, shuttle bus will be available during all competition days.

The Entry form must be authorized by NAC. Please note that the registration will be made valid only after payment. N.B. Junior competitors may enter one event only, e.g. if they are part of the men’s or women’s team they will not be allowed to have their scores count towards the Junior event – they can only register in one event. 8.3 Entry date The Provisional Entry Forms must be submitted before June 7th 2011. 8.5 Visa information EU Citizens do not need visas in order to enter Serbia. Participants coming from other countries we recommend to contact Organizer for necessary information at [email protected] or [email protected] The participants who need an invitation letter for the Visa or similar, please send us your name, surname, sex, date of birth and Passport Number. For all participants it is necessary to provide Passport Number and contact person (name, address, phone/fax, e-mail) no later than July 7th 2011.

9 ENTRY FEES The entry fees must be paid by deadline, July 15th 2011. The receipt to be checked Saturday August 20th 2011 during the registration. Late entry fees are accepted after July 15th 2011 with a penalty of 100,00 € per person. The delegations that didn’t pay the entry fees on time are not allowed to take part in the competition.
