According to SUNEA (article 15, para. 4, clause 6, as well as article 38, para. 1, clause 2), for Decommissioning it is required to issue a permission. The permissions related to Decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities are described in “Regulation for the order of issuing licenses and permissions for safe use of nuclear energy”.The whole process of decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities is developed, analysed, planned and justified in a plan for decommissioning, which is submitted to Nuclear Regulatory agency (NRA) at least 3 years prior to closure for decommissioning.
