Reporting

-Log-in to Participant portal (incl. FORCE) previously used credentials not functional, ENT not visible under “my projects” tab, etc. – measure taken: reported to the EC, ANCS filled in financial data in Form C, communication with partners via phone, e-mail.

-Change in calculation of indirect costs - report to EC, helpdesk, further contacts with EC to solve this issue

-Difficulties for some partners to log-in to Participant Portal - partners who left organizations did not leave the credential to those who took over the work

Issues encountered 01-02/2012

-Data wrongly calculated (ex. personnel cost in “use of resources” MUST be the same with the personnel costs in FORM C, other costs and subcontractig as well. Figures MUST match in “use of resources” with Form C ).

-Miscalculation of reported data (ex. VAT, pers. costs, allocation to activities)

-Adjustments to period 1 – please DELETE the unnecessary draft adjustments/extrapolations
