eG4M dimensions (contd.)
3. E-model implementation perspective e-readiness strategic goals strategic plan
4. Project stages (WPs and deliverables) Requirements collection guidelines development experimentation of guidelines experimentation of services for e-Model enhancement
(e.g. access to laws) Specifications for e-Model enhancement
9
Involved Countries Focus on the socio-economical impact of
ICT on relationships among citizens, institutions and organizations within and between MCs.

eG4M outcomes
The enriched guidelines are aimed at: meeting the specific requirements of the country
according to the ereadiness assessment diagnosis; contributing to the easy identification of actions and
projects to enclose in the e-government plan; supporting the policy makers to steer the complex of e-
government phenomenon.
These guidelines will be validated through: the deployment of an e-model architecture specific for
MCs. awareness and training on access to public legislative
data services.
12
Benefits for MCs
A final objective of the project will provide concrete benefits for MCs, resulting in
a set of tailored guidelines and best-practices to steer their own strategic and operational eGov plans.
awareness and training on access to national legislation services.
13
Critical success factors and risks
the success of the project stands on the capability to broadly expand the institutional relationships with MCs.
The enlargement of relationship network at institutional level is seen as an essential element to generate a wide awareness and trust about the effectiveness of the project results.
