The GUß Series are control and junction boxes for installation of terminals, measurement instru-ments or control equipment. The construction is made by cast aluminium rectangle enclosures witha threaded cover or glass cover and different threaded entry variations. The enclosure fulfils IP66protection and can be used in zone 1/21 or 2/22.

For connection of the boxes only separately certified cable entries or conduit systems which meerthe requirements of EN 60079-1 section 13 shall be used.

Before opening of enclosure after switch oft, a minimum delay time of 30min must be respected.

Any openings shall be closed as specifled in EN 60079-1, section 11.
