1. Start the Duplicate Analyzer from the Tool box and find the Analysis area.

2. Choose the first Analysis profile under Company.

3. Create and use a selection from SuperOffice

4. Change the Postal_Address1 minimum score from 60 to 70, and the comparison weight to 40.

5. Boost the Analysis using the 3 first characters in the Postal Address line.

6. Add a profile line to the existing profile. The new line should include a Postal Zip code comparison. The Compare Method is Equal and the comparison weight is 0.

7. Add 2 user defined fields to your Analysis profile.
