24 Commonwealth countries from Asia, Africa, the South Pacific, and the West Indies under the Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship Scheme, launched jointly by the COL ( Canada ), IGNOU and the Rajiv Gandhi

Foundation (RGF) since 1995; in Nigeria since July 2005; in Bostswana , Malawi , Lesotho , and

IICBA-UNESCO and STRIDE-IGNOU Collaboration: Under the collaboration of IGNOU and
