conducted with every pl ace tha t an inmate coul d have had money either placed or put for his

accounts , and no mo ney could be located. When contacting CO Co l born about the incident , He

sa i d that he didn ' t count the money in the envelope.

ACTION TAKEN:

A Verbal ·warning - CO Co l born wa s spoken to about the incident i n l ength, and advised

in the future to open any container t hat the pub li c i s reOiiving from the jail, that way i f

the envelope is short, then we can take the issue up immediatel y. With the person leav ing

wi thout opening the envel ope, i t is extremely hard for the j ai l to prove the person isn't

trying to pu ll some kind of scam on the jai l,
