CMAS – How Contracts are Developed (1) No competitive solicitations done by CMAS to

establish contracts Federal GSA’s or other multiple award

contracts used as base contracts CMAS suppliers are:

GSA (base) contract holders (such as IBM) Piggy backers (such as CompuCom)
