Documentation – Necessary documents required for the PDM
round
• Current Co’s last 2 months Pay slip• Updated Resume• Hard-copy /Soft copy of filled up EAF• Photograph Passport sized (1 copy)• Photocopy of any Identification Proof (DL,Passport,Ration card etc)• Photocopy of the current offer/increment letter, which shows the
current remuneration• Tech BBSI and Tech Score Cards – evaluated by technical panels• Record discussion while filling up the PDM BBSI, Give synopsis of
the candidate and document CTC negotiations and candidate’s acceptance.
• Provide justification for exceptional hike

Compensation Guideline
• Niche Skill candidates –can be offered CTC referring KT (consulting) Grid.
• Vanila Skill candidates to be offered compensation referring AP (Application Programming) Grid only.
• JB not to exceed beyond 9% of AR.• Offer band as per Band-Experience Matrix• Remain within the Salary Grid
