1. a) Sl.No 5 to 8 Cost Estimate is inclusive of office equipments, furniture, library racks Drainage and water supply Other facilities will be included after completion of the building work in II phase.

2) Apart from the utilized funds mentioned above, the Committee (SPV) also approved on 06.04.2006 for the additional eligible items for Rs.465.74 lakhs, which will be utilized on releasing tenders before 30.06.2006.
