Responsibilities/Role Description• Collating content, editing and writing copy for websites and

online advertising.• Conceptualization for corporate/brand web sites, online

advertising campaigns & multimedia presentations.• Making client presentations.• Interacting with clients for all content related issues.

Desired Profile/Skills• Strong editing/proofreading skills and the ability to write

engaging and consistent text. The ability to pay attention to detail is a critical trait.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities/Role Description• Identifying potential clients and initiating business.• Identifying potential candidates and sourcing them through

existing database, contacts, referrals and headhunting.• Conducting skills testing, interviews & reference checks.• Coordinating between the clients and candidates for various

issues.

Up to Rs. 15k per month

Business Dev. Executive (for Module One & Alltimejobs.com)

Up to Rs. 15k per month

Recruitment Consultant (for Alltimejobs.com)

Rs. 8k - 12k fixed, Rs. 4k+ variable per month

Note: Salary will not be a constraint for truly exceptional candidates.

Campus Recruitment Process On Campus (Day 1)

– Company Presentation (30 – 45 minutes)– Followed by submission of hard copy resumes– Short-listing of resumes for the on campus Group Discussion– Group Discussions to start 30 minutes after submission of resumes

• 8-12 people in each group. Approx. 30 minutes for each GD.

At Module One (Day 2)– First round interview with HR– Aptitude and Technical Tests– Post interview reference checks by HR

At Module One (Day 3)– Practical / Technical Tests (C++ etc.)– Second round interview with the Team Leader– Meet the team– Decision within one week of day 3
