Hi All,

Here is a review of the concert the Bernardo Concerts Association presented on Wednesday, Feb. 15.  I've alsoattached a copy of the program that was presented.

Our presentation was of Wendy Sayvetz, who bills herself asa 'folk soprano'.  Our audience fell in love with her and hadnothing but praise for her singing, personality, and the littlestories and background information she gave before each song. Wendy was backed by 2 excellent musicians, Andrew Schulman(her husband), who plays an eight-string guitar, and Rob Moosewho played both the violin and mandolin, though not at the sametime.  The combination of her voice and the backgroundarrangements made for wonderful, musical sounds.  We also soldmore CDs than we had for any previous concert that we've hadsince I've been involved in our organization.  Andrew also headsthe Abaca String Band, which we are also considering for afuture engagement.  If you were to book Wendy, you would notbe at all disappointed.  She can be reached via email at:[email protected]. I hope all of you are having successfulseasons.
