(Lunch) Details - 2- Salad, 1- Veg Soup ,2 Non Veg Curries,2 Veg
Curries,1 Dal,1 Paneer Dish,1- Flavored Rice,
Choice of 2 Indian bread, All Accompaniments, 1- Dessert, 1 Ice
Cream.High Tea: Tea / Coffee with one veg snack@ 4.00 PM(Veg Pakoda
/ Veg Bajjie / Veg Samosa) select any one.The charges for the above
standard Non Veg Buffet lunch with 3 hours of DJ will cost Rs 700/+
20.16% Tax perhead.As a special case the cost will be Rs 640/- all
inclusive per head.(Please make a Note Children below the age of
five are not Charged, Children of age from Six to Eleven it will
be50% of the adult charges, twelve above it would be adult
Charges)the minimum number of guarantee personsshould be twenty in
person.
FACILITIES
The Recreational Facilities available are Swimming pool open
till 8.00 PM (One Hour Only, Nylon swim suit is compulsory) Can Be
hired at our premises@Rs. 40 for Males and Rs. 60 for females)
Swimming Kit @ Rs.50 which includes towel, soap and shampoo,Please
note that after consuming liquor, swimming is strictly not
allowed.Tam bola Kit / Rope for Tug Of War / Shuttle (Shuttle Cock
has to be bought by you or can be purchased at ourplace on extra
charge). Ground for Cricket for Two Hours as per availability
(Cricket Ball has to be Purchase) /Beach Volley Ball / Basket Ball
/ Tenniciot or Throw Ball / Childrens play ground.Make a note
(GAMING ARCAADE)in door games is not included in the package. It
would be on chargeableBasis.(26th January,15th August & 2nd
October are dry days )K.F Beer @Rs.140/- per bottle,K.F.Ultra @
160/- per bottle, Budweiser Rs 150/- per bottle, Soft drinks
@Rs.120/-
for (2 liters), Soda @ Rs.90/- (1.5 liters) ,hard liquor will be
as per actual as per our banquet rate. Nooutside liquor will be
allowed. Note January 26th will be a dry day.
Cocktail SnacksVeg Snack - Rs 125/+19.45% Tax per Portion.Non -
veg Snacks Rs.150/+ 19.45% Tax per portions.Snacks can also be
given on a package.
2 Veg & 2 Non Veg Snacks will cost @ Rs 250/- per head
(unlimited for 2 hours)1 Veg & 1 Non Veg Snack will cost @ Rs

POINTS TO BE NOTED
Audio Visual has to be taken from Aalankrita resorts only. The
charges are as follows
L C D with Screen Rs 2600/- per Session (If brought by you,
screen charges will be Rs 1000)Music System - Rs 1400/- per
dayBigger Music System Rs 3500/-
Collar Mike - Rs 750/- Per DayCordless Mike - Rs 450/- Per dayDJ
would Rs 13000/- (For One Session) In Banquet HallDj Area Charges
Rs 2500/- (If DJ is Out Source by Guest)Nirvana (Pub) can be hired
@ Rs. 14000/- per session which includes (Floor and DJ) for 3
hours)(In the Pub we dont allow any Liquor from Out Side)(DJ is for
only for 3 Hours)Kindly note that if you are having any events Dj
with sound, or any Musical Programs the
event Manager has to procure a 1 Day Licence from the PPL AND
THE Fees has to be paiddirectly to them.
Any other requirement would be @ extra chargeWe hope you find
all the above details in order (This quotation is valid only for 15
Days).Please make a note above package would be providing Minimum
No of People 20 and above.
* As per Government Rules Regarding any Music OR Orchestra(Only
Vocal & Band) is allowed till 23.00hrs.We dont allowany
performance dance programme in the premises. This isFor Your Kind
