The up to 50 samples are first placed in the storage cassette. The series measurement is planned in the LabDesk tensiometer software - thanks to the software module for batch contact angles a matter of seconds.

The sample loader removes the samples in succession and places them in the sample receiver of the Tensiometer K100SF, which then takes over and determines the contact angle fibre for fibre.

The wetted length of each fibre can also be determined automatically.

This requires an additional laser-scan micrometer, which measures the diameters of all the fibres in the storage cassette – with an accuracy ≤1 µm.

The results are transferred to LabDesk and used for the subsequent contact angle measurement series.

Tensiometer EasyDyne

The EasyDyne instrument is a tensiometer for measuring surface and interfacial tension of liquids using the Wilhelmy Plate or the Du Noüy Ring method. In addition, it is able to determine the density of liquids.

The instrument combines ease of use, flexibility and robustness. Special attention during development was turned to the simple operation of the instrument with making no concessions elsewhere.The motorized sample stage can be adjusted manually as well to ensure quick preparation of measurements while it is driven smoothly by an electric motor during the measurement. Measurements are carried out automatically, controlled by the built-in micro processor. Statistical and correction methods are implemented so that the final measuring results can be read directly from the illuminated graphical display. Calibration has to be done just once independently of the measuring method, since all parameters and calibration data are saved automatically. For accurate measuring results the instrument is equipped with a windshield to avoid influence from air flow. The large sample compartment together with the long travel distance of the stage ensures easy handling and use of large samples. The illumination assists during the sample positioning.

Because of the robustness, ease of use and short measuring times the EasyDyne is excellent for quality control applications.

We have recently introduced an economical version of the model (K20S) without motor and data storage. All other specifications are same as Easydyne K20.

Gear Turbine Motor

Construction of Gear Turbine Motor is same as Gear Pump. No sliding parts design allows rotation without friction heat-up. Motor is equipped with speed governor. 5.6 to 37.7 kW output models available.
