1. Andreas Johler
Andreas Johler is Sparkling Director for the Central Southern Europe Business Unit of The Coca-Cola Company. He has 20 years of Marketing experience in the FMCG industry. After he graduated from the Vienna Business University, he started his career as a Sales & Marketing Trainee at Unilever in Austria, progressing into different brand manager positions in Unilever’s ice-cream and frozen food business, finally becoming the marketing head of this division in Austria. In 2005, he moved to The Coca-Cola Company where he became Region Marketing Manager for Austria. In the following years, he has extended his territorial responsibilities continuously until today, leading Marketing for the Sparkling Category of 23 countries.
2. Nataša Đurđević
Nataša Đurđević is Shopper Marketing Director for Central South Europe business unit in the Coca-Cola Company. She has 20 years of experience in Strategic Marketing Research, Planning and Executing leading projects in FMCG industry. She received her Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, with a major in Marketing. Currently, she is attending PhD studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. Nataša started her career in Mark-Plan agency and later worked as Strategic Planning Director at Publicist. In 1997 she moved to the Coca-Cola Company. Her responsibilities within the Company were various – from marketing research, strategic planning, marketing and operations management, covering mostly Southern European markets. Her current position covers responsibilities for Shopper Marketing for 23 countries of Central South Europe, including the delivery of shopper marketing content to selected European charters. Nataša was President of International Advertising Association in Serbia between years 2011-2013 and teaches International Marketing at IAA’s “Advertising and Media” specialist studies. Her expertise includes: Marketing Research and Planning, Branding, Shopper Marketing, FMCG Management and Strategic Marketing.
3. Bartek Biedrzycki
Bartek works at The Coca-Cola Company as the Coca-Cola Regional Senior Brand Manager. He is
responsible for all the Coca-Cola activations targeting Teens across the 25 markets of the Central-
Southern Europe Business Unit. His day-to-day work revolves around ensuring Coca-Cola is the icon of
happiness for young generations and to do that, he develops marketing programs in cooperation with
music and gaming industry. Bartek has been working for The Coca-Cola Company for 7 years and in that
time he managed some other global brands like NESTEA, Powerade or burn.
4. Tanja Petrović
Tanja Petrovic is Senior Still Marketing Activation Manager in The Coca-Cola Company. She has 12 years of professional experience in FMCG industry. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, with a major in Marketing, and completed Executive Master Studies (Master de Management et d'Economie) organized as a cooperation of HEC Paris, France and University of Belgrade, Serbia. She started her career within the British American Tobacco in 2002. In 2008 she moved to The Coca-Cola Company. She began her career as Marketing Management Trainee, worked in sales, trade marketing, research, strategic planning and brand marketing, covering countries of East, South and Central Europe. Within the Company, she progressed from a Brand Manager position to Regional Brand Manager and Senior Marketing Activation Manager for various product categories.
5. Milka Budimir
Milka Budimir is Senior Sparkling Marketing Activation Manager for Serbia and Montenegro in The Coca-Cola Company. She has 10 years of experience in Brand Marketing in FMCG industry. Milka holds a BBA with Marketing major, and an MSc in Communication. Currently, Milka is reading for MSc in Sustainable Development. Milka started her career in “Centroproizvod a.d.” as Brand Manager for core brands, then moved to Publicis as Strategic planner, and entered The Coca-Cola Company in 2008. She managed various brands in The Coca-Cola Company, mainly focusing on Sparkling brands within Adriatic region, but also has experience from South Latin Business Unit, where she lead Fanta TM for 6 markets of the region, and represented Latin America in globally lead projects.
6. Milan Petrović
Milan Petrović is the President of the Serbian Association of Managers. He has 18 years of experience in
Sales and Marketing Top Management leading projects. He received his B.S. in Operation Management
from the Faculty of Management. From 1996 to 2000 he was a Sales Director at Allied Domecq
Yugoslavia – as the youngest on this position in 68 Allied Domecq countries, including Pepsi Beverages
Serbia from 2002 to 2005. He was also Marketing and Sales Director at Strauss Adriatic (Doncafé &
Lavazza coffee) from 2005 to 2007 and CEO from 2007 to 2010. He demonstrated his strong affinity for
HR and people development by working as Coach at Dale Carnegie Training Serbia from July to
December 2010. He completed his international management role at Zepter International in Switzerland
from 2010 to 2012. Being back in Serbia, he took over the position of the CEO of Cento Stampa Holding,
a business with TO Eur300mio/year and 4.300 employees. In only 15 months he was leading the team
which successfully transformed and reconstructed a company with heavily negative results into a
positive business. He received the Award for creativity and businesses - Manager of the year 2007 from
the Serbian Business Journalist Association. He is also a specialist in Business Strategy, Change
Management, Branding, FMCG management, General management and M&A.
7. Miša Lukić
Miša Lukić is one of the most prominent leaders in the Marketing Communications Industry in Serbia
and CEE. Currently he is President of the Management Board of Publicis Group Serbia/MMS
Communications, encompassing world-renowned communication agency brands Leo Burnett,
Saatchi&Saatchi and Publicis.
Miša Lukić is also a Board Member at the American Chamber of Commerce Serbia and Vice President of
the Management Board of Serbian Association of Managers (SAM).
Miša Lukić has received the Life Achievement Award (UEPS) as the youngest laureate, as well as the
Marketing Person of The Year in Serbia 2010 (World of Marketing).
In 2012 and 2013, he received the National award Kapetan Miša Anastasijević – leader of creativity in
Serbia 2012 and was recognized as a manager with a vision to continue the implementation of public
relations in the South-East Europe area (the PRO.PR award).
Last year Miša Lukić received two awards - Award for the recognition for the contribution to the creative
industry development in the countries of the Danube river basin (CEDEF / Media Invent 2014.) and
Award of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia for achievements in the development and
improvement of the economy in 2014.
In the last two decades he successfully led five communication agencies in four countries on two
continents.
Under his leadership Leo Burnett Belgrade was the most successful Marketing Communications Agency
in Serbia according to number of employees, profit and agency net revenue for the last seven
consecutive years. Furthermore, Leo Burnett was awarded as The Best agency in the Adriatic Region
(2010). In addition, in 2012 Leo Burnett was recognized by the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce as the
best creative and innovative company in Serbia (Kapetan Miša Anastasijević Award). In 2013, Leo
Burnett Belgrade was recognized as The Employer of the Year 2013 by the Serbian Association of
Managers.
8. Boryana Mladenova
Boryana is currently heading the Customer Centricity and Brand Management team at Telenor Bulgaria.
Before joining the telecom industry, Boryana has gained more than 9 years of business consulting
experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) South East Europe. She has lead consulting projects in
various areas ranging from strategy development and deployment, operating model design,
organizational restructuring, optimization of support functions, process improvement, financial
performance and reporting enhancement to embedding customer experience in operations. During her
entire career Boryana has gained a deep inside knowledge of telecommunications industry, retail, FMCG
production, hospitality and agriculture.
Boryana has graduated from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and she also holds a certificate
from ACCA (Association of Chartered Accountants).
Boryana is fluent in English and Bulgarian and she has good knowledge of Russian, Serbian and French.
Outside work, she is passionately practices yoga and running and given her 20 years of semi-professional
dancing experience, loves visiting the best dance clubs in every city she goes to.
9. Milena Krasteva
Miena has been part of PwC for almost 2 years. In her role as a Senior Consultant, she has been involved
in a number of performance improvement projects for leading companies with special focus on strategy
generation and decomposition, organizational and operational restructuring as well as business process
review and improvement. Milena has worked with clients from various industries such as electronics,
retail, and agriculture.
Milena has a Bachelors’ degree in Business Management from King’s College, London.
Milena is fluent in Bulgarian, English, French and Russian. Outside work, she spends time doing yoga,
having wine with friends and dancing.
10. ALeksandar Poznanić
Aleksandar Poznanić is Adriatic region FMCG brand development specialist with management
experience from both sides of marketing spectrum – production company & ad agency.
He started his career in 2002 at the local office of DDB Worldwide advertising agency in Belgrade. In the
next six years he moved fast through the account management hierarchy (Account Manager for Ferrero;
Account Director for international clients Henkel, Nestle, Ferrero, PMI; Client Service Director for all
accounts).
In 2008 he advanced to the position of Marketing Director (Business Unit Coffee, revenues 120M EUR+)
in the regional company Droga Kolinska (later acquired by Atlantic Group). His team improved the
already high market shares of two leading Turkish coffee brands in the Adriatic region (Grand Kafa &
Barcaffe) and managed a fast development of new categories (Instant & Espresso).
Since 2011, he has been a member of the top management team of Jaffa Crvenka confectionery
company as Marketing Director. He is the leader of a team of young professionals responsible for
current portfolio P&L, future brand development and trade marketing activities.
Aleksandar Poznanić was born in 1977, holds MBA degree in Marketing from The University of Sheffield,
married and father of two daughters. He received The Best Young Manager award in 2012 from the
Serbian Association of Managers. In his free time he plays the drums in a rock band Plastic Pie.
11. Stevan Vraneš
Stevan Vranes (35) graduated from the Drama and Script Writing at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in
Belgrade, but he found his career in media and business in the last 15 years through several companies,
countries and roles. Stevan began his career in advertising agencies as Creative Director and continued
in publishing, first as Marketing Director and later as publisher of magazines like Men’s Health, National
Geographic, Cosmopolitan, Story, Sensa, etc.
In 2010 he took on the position of International Project Manager at the head office of Sanoma Media
International in Amsterdam, working on a digital transformation program over 9 countries including
Russia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Czech Republic. The goal of the program was to initiate the
transformation from a traditional publisher into a digital company introducing digital services, e-
commerce and mobile apps.
In 2012, Stevan switched to a different business by joining Philip Morris International as Sales
Development Manager, working on another transformation program. Later he was in charge of regional
sales. At the moment he holds the position of Corporate Affairs Manager for Serbia and Montenegro.
By doing this, he entered a completely new area of fiscal affairs, regulatory affairs, international trade
and government relations.
He completed a Brand Management program in London, conducted by FIPP and he received a
Leadership Certificate from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK. In 2013, he was awarded a
Recognition for Excellence Award for people management skills and managerial effectiveness by PMI.
12. Dragana Smolović
Dragana has been working in HR for more than 10 years, mainly focusing on learning and development.
She started her career in the banking industry, moving from front line to managerial positions.
Developing learning function in one of the banks quickly turned from a project into a profession and she
never regretted it, as she believes people can only grow and change through learning. For the past 3
years she has worked in Banca Intesa Belgrade, currently leading Employee training and internal
communications office.
Her main responsibilities include learning and communication strategy formulation, aligning business
objectives with people and communication development activities. Together with her team, Dragana
works with managers and employees to fulfill their potential, and has herself delivered numerous
trainings in management, leadership, presentation and communication topics.
Dragana has a business education background, graduating from and American college in Prague, and is
currently finishing Executive MBA studies with the University of Sheffield. She also serves as the
Chairperson of the board for education and HR in the Association of Serbian Banks.
Dragana is fluent in English and Czech. She loves to read and uses off work hours for spending some
quality time with her two children and husband, bicycle riding, or catching up with friends with a glass of
wine.
13. Aleksandra Radulović
Aleksandra Radulović has been working in Radulović Company, BMW and MINI dealer for 20 years. She
started her carrier in sales department (from sales, ordering, transport and logistics to the position of
Sales Manager) and after five years she takes the responsibility of Marketing Manager. Her
responsibilities at the time were market analysis, comparison with competition, business planning,
Marketing and PR. Introduction of Rover, Landrover and MINI brands in the market are some projects
worth mentioning.
In 2007, she additionally focuses on the implementation and control of BMW Retail standards and CRM
development.
In 2011, Radulović Automobili Company starts their cooperation with Fiat. Radulović name is a symbol of
tradition and Aleksandra’s goal was to make customers recognize it and also connect it to Fiat brand.
She attended numerous trainings and courses, including BMW Train the Trainer and BMW Marketing
Academy. She has a Degree in Economics and is currently attending executive MBA of the Faculty of
Organizational Sciences and Mokra Gora School of Management. She is fluent in English and German.
14. Ana Čejović
Ana is currently working at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a consultant, providing performance
improvement and financial transaction services to the clients. Her work experience includes several
projects in the field of IT and business process improvement, portfolio valuations and due diligence with
major focus on Financial Services industry.
Through her engagement in PwC Consulting and three years of active commitment as a participant on
case study competitions, Ana obtained valuable experience in solving business challenges. During this
engagement she attended six global and several regional and local case competitions, achieving some
remarkable results. Apart from gaining analytical and problem solving skills, Ana also became
knowledgeable about developing strategic recommendations and their financial implementation.
Ana is a student of Master studies at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, module
Marketing engineering and communications and holder of Bachelor’s degree of the same Faculty. She
has a been member of the coaching team at the Case Study Club for almost a year now, working closely
with junior colleagues on preparations for global case competitions. She is the cofounder and the former
Vice-president of the Case Study Club at Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
Ana is fluent in English, and confident with Italian and Russian.
15. Adam Kovač
Adam is an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services department in EY Belgrade. Adam joined EY in
2014 after being a part of EY Serbia scholarship program and wining the 2013 EY case competition.
During his work at EY he was engaged in due diligence projects in Serbia as well Slovenia and Croatia. He
was a judge and case writer at EY’s case competition “Learn Today – Lead Tomorrow” in 2014, and also
for the case competition “Start Young – Take the Lead” in 2015. He was an EY Serbia representative at
the World Business Dialogue – WBD in Cologne in 2015.
Before joining EY, Adam led a consulting project for a local company regarding organizational and
service innovation in 2014. He is also one of the mentors and alumni of the Case Study Club organization
at his Faculty. Adam was appointed leader for Faculty’s exhibit at the 11th annual “Museum Night”; he
created the exhibit concept and coordinated approximately 90 people in 2014. He was a part of
organization team for the first international case competition in CEE – BBICC in 2013 and part of a team
that worked on a project for improving a local school management process in 2013. He also competed in
several local case study competitions and the International Case Competitions in Maastricht – ICC@M.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Operations management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences,
University of Belgrade, Serbia. He is inspired by people, music, dancing and exploration; he enjoys
traveling, hiking, swimming and free climbing.
16. Kristina Petrić
Kristina is currently working as Market Research Associate at TeleSign company, the leader in Mobile
Identity solutions, helping customers secure more than 3.5 billion end user accounts worldwide and
prevent registration fraud. As a part of Sales Department, she is covering Strategic and Top accounts in
EMEA region.
She was also working at Deloitte Serbia, where she was part of a Consulting department responsible for
strategy and operations. During her engagement in Deloitte, she was working on projects in Banking and
Energy sectors.
Kristina graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Department of
Management and Organization. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s degree at the same University.
During her studies, she successfully attended 6 international Case Study Competitions and 7 local and
regional Case Study Competitions. She is the cofounder and the former president of the Case Study Club
at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. During her studies she was also working as a Student Assistant
at the Marketing Department.
Kristina is fluent in English and Russian.
