1. Staff meeting for the first EROLA project meeting in Italy:

Description: this activity aimed to estalish the main selection criteria for the!omeni"s project team in Italy. At this meeting the actors involved decided #ho and

ho# many st"dents and teachers #ill go to Italy from the school. $he project

coordinator tal%ed ao"t the development of the project as a #hole& ao"t theactivities that the Romanian team #ill have in Italy& ao"t the trip and other details

related to the project meeting in Italy.

Description: In Italy #e had o"r first project meeting. It #as the *ic% Of +eeting#here #e met for the first time& #e ecome friends& #e tal%ed ao"t the project

priorities& ao"t the changes& ao"t each partner tas%s for the ne,t meeting and also#e estalished the dates for the ne,t meeting in 'ort"gal& Spain& S#eden and

Romania. D"e to the fact that ( of the initial partners school #eren-t approved as

memers of the project $"r%ey and Latvia/ some of the planned tas%s had to changeso #e tal%ed ao"t the fact that Romania #as no# the project coordinator. 0e chose

that #e #o"ld #or% together and not separately for the final prod"cts in order to

reach the estalished aims. 0e decided to create a project song that #o"ld ta%e on the

Description: $his activity #as organi6ed in order to disseminate the project activity

in Italy. 0e created a special noticeoard #here #e e,posed many materials in order

to inform the st"dents& the teachers and the parents ao"t the EROLA project. 0ee,posed there the project ojectives and its o"tcomes& the main p"rpose of its

development& the co"ntries and the instit"tions involved& photos& the project contacts&

3. Dissemination meeting at school after the project meeting in Italy:

Description: Staff meeting in order to disseminate the EROLA project: p"rpose&

ojectives and presentation ao"t its progress "t also activities carried o"t in Italy.0e presented some of the res"lts had at the project meeting. $he meeting #as

attended y the school management& the project team in Italy& some of the st"dents&

parents of st"dents& representatives of the !ity 8all& local comm"nity memers&teachers from o"r school "t also some partner instit"tions in the region. $eachers

and st"dents shared their e,perience had in Italy& presented some photos and

e,pressed their tho"ghts related to this e,perience. $he parents tal%ed ao"t thechanges noticed at their children d"e to this e,perience.

4. EROLA #or%shopAt this #or%shop the st"dents and the teachers involved had to create fo"r English

lyrics and fo"r Romanian lyrics descriing the specifics of their co"ntry. $he song-smelody2rhythm #as already estalished at one of o"r #or%shop in Italy and #e had to

create only the lyrics. 0e have made different gro"ps of st"dents and each gro"p had

to create lyrics for the song. $he gro"ps #ere coordinated y the English teachers.0hen they had a final version of the lyrics they co"ld share their song #ith the other

st"dents that #anted to %no# ao"t it. $he st"dents have tried to descrie their

co"ntry thro"gh specific #ords& cheerf"l& resonant and #ell%no#n. $hese lyrics #ere

learned y all st"dents involved in the project "t also y st"dents from the school#ho #ere interested #ith the project.

9. EROLA #or%shop

Description: $his #or%shop aimed to create the lyrics for the second song of the

project. $he idea #as to pic% "p a #ell%no#n Romanian song and to translate it into

English. 0e have made different gro"ps of st"dents coordinated y the Englishteachers and #e chose a very happy song that is ao"t friendship and love. $he

st"dents translated the Romanian lyrics into English and they %ept the same rhythm.

$his learned to sing this ne# song and sang it in 'ort"gal at the school concertorgani6ed y the 'ort"g"ese.

$hey also participated to a #or%shop to create the first roch"re of the project. At this
