Spring is a time of growth—something Kira Kosarin, 19, is

clearly very comfortable with. After studying dance and ballet as a kid, Kira eventually traded her sautés for screenplays with a leap into acting. (Catch her as Phoebe on Nick’s The Thundermans). And now? Always the butterfly, Kira’s currently in a music metamorphosis. “This is the year I’m shift-ing a lot of my focus,” she shares. “I’ve been writing for the past few years and now I’m finally working on my first album.” No word on her sound just yet—but we have a feeling it’ll be fresh and fearless, just like Kira. For that iced-out smattering of shadow, dab on a creamy metallic (try Maybelline EyeStudio ColorTattoo Cream Gel in Silver Strike, $7, Ulta) with your little finger—then use a liner brush to drag out organic edges.

#10 • TWO-TONE LIP

Give ’em lip—times two. To rock the color-blocked power pout, apply different (but complementary) tones to the top and bottom of your pucker (be sure to use a long-wear lipstick). Then powder, blot and repowder lips for a velvety finish that stays put—crucial for keeping those coordinating colors looking crisp, not convoluted. Phew!

#11 • RAPUNZEL PONY

Whether your hair is on the shorter side or you’re sport-ing major length, a perfectly placed pony adds instant oomph and lengthens your whole look. (Just ask Selena and Ariana...and Kira.) Flip your head upside down and brush it toward the floor for max smoothness before you secure on top of your crown.
