Kilmarnock is the principal and administrative centre for East Ayrshire, with a population of approximately 46,000. SITUATIONThe property is situated on the southern side of Moorfield Industrial Estate, a short distance south of Kilmarnock Town Centre and has a prominent frontage onto the A759.
