Justification:1. The violation of trade union by the state and employers

should be known by the trade union of the world as well as the information agencies

2. Employers and multi national companies are using very sophisticated tools of information technology to communicate with their communicate

3. It is urgent that FTUWKC should fully utilized the without border communication tools for fast and effective communication

        Enhance information sharing and networking within the FTUWKC through information communication technology.        Keep in touch with the other trade union via labor standard        Strengthen alliance building and strengthen advocacy and campaign activities among trade unionist         Empower information and knowledge of trade unionists to take active part in trade union activities
