Ministry Support Christian Network was formed by Calpurnia Canty, President and its’ Board Members.

Ministry Support Christian Network (MSCN) is a nonprofit entity that offers professional Call Center technology and support services to local and nationwide businesses as a vehicle to provide professional hands on employment training, job skills education and community resources free of charge to no or low income unemployed Illinois participants.

Provide employable training opportunities for Socially & Economically disadvantage

We will target unemployed individual as well as currently under trained participates located in underemployed populations.

MSCN desires to help out of work that are participating in governmental programs with either as the result of lack of technical computer skills”

Create community service partners to assist in the success of clients.

Ministry Support Christian Network (MSCN) mission is to provide employment education and job skills training to enhance the employable opportunities of unemployed individuals.

The Corporation is organized for the religious, charitable, scientific and educational or any purpose permitted to be exempt from taxation under Section 501(c) 3 of the United States Internal Revenue Code, as now in or hereafter amended.

Participants will learn quality Call Center, Customer Service and Help Desk job duties which include the fundamentals overview of Call Centers. Skills include roles and responsibilities of the center and its’ agents.

Professional and personal growth skills will be obtained by learning how to evaluate companies and its’ expectations of employees. Participants will learn how to manage customer communications by learning how to use various phone systems, managing voice tones, and words to positively impact customers through telephone etiquette techniques.

FCC volunteers will be allowed to receive professional Call Center & Customer Service skills training at our location

We are also available as an extended location for Equip classrooms

Christ Universal Temple (CUT) we will provide and extended our location for media productions broadcasting.

Project Achieve College Prep classes and JCI classes.

MSCN will train both women & Men from transitional homes in Call Center & Customer Service Skills free of charge through grant funding

MSCN will partner with social services & employment agencies to enhance outcome of clients

Members of FCC & CUT may be included in our training activities

MSCN will partner with various community and social agencies as additional resources to enhance participants’ sustainable lifestyles. We will seek partners in spiritual counseling, academic education, employment agencies, other prevention organizations, healthcare, family and finance management.

We will also host on-site seminars/trainings with our partners. Our goals are to assist participants in obtaining holistic lifestyle management.
