Situated in a new estate close to the historic site of the old Brymbo steelworks which, in spite of this grim sounding fact is nowrapidly being returned to open countryside, this home is well worthy of your attention. The other door enters into the kitchen which also comes as a pleasant surprise. When many builders boast of their‘kitchen/diners’, they must be expecting a family of midgets, sorry, people of restricted growth to move in. Here you have a largeroom easily capable of fulfilling the dual role in absolute comfort. It is the amount of space, when combined with the quality of thekitchen design and fittings that put this home beyond the ordinary. Moving upstairs we find to the rear of the home the smallest of the three bedrooms. This, like so many of its type is strictly asingle room, but considering the sort of young family the builder is aiming for with this home, makes for a splendid nursery.

Adjacent to here and also facing the rear is the second bedroom and this is an altogether different proposition. This is a large andcomfortable double room offering all the space you could want or need.

Along the landing to the front of the home is the family bathroom. This is light and modern but to be honest, rather unmemorable.However there is nothing wrong with that; it does what it says on the tin and does it efficiently.

Adjacent to here is the master bedroom. Of a similar size to the other large bedroom it benefits from a large set if fitted wardrobesbut the crowning glory has to be the en-suite.
