The Feast of the Conversion of St Paul will be celebrated on Friday 25 January witha service of Holy Communion at 8.00am.

The Commemoration of Benefactors will take place on Friday 1 February at 7.00pm. The preacher will be Dr James Carleton Paget, Senior Lecturer in NewTestament Studies at the Faculty of Divinity and a Fellow of the College.

The Feast of the Presentation of Christ in the Temple will be celebrated onSunday 3 February at the 9.00am service of Holy Communion.

The Corporate Communion for the Lent Term will take place on Friday 8 Februaryat 6.00pm. The preacher will be the Dean. All members of College are warmlyinvited to this service and afterwards to supper in the Combination Room.

Ash Wednesday falls on 13 February, when there will be a service of HolyCommunion with the Imposition of Ashes at 6.00pm.

SERMON SERIES AND BIBLE STUDY

The preachers on Sunday evenings during the Lent Term have all been asked to expoundpassages from the Book of Revelation. The chapel bible study will take place in the Dean’srooms at 5pm on Wednesdays from 23 January until the end of Term. We shall be continuing toread the Gospel of Mark. All are welcome.

During the Lent Term, the Chapel will be supporting the work of the Royal NationalLifeboat Institution.

The annual chapel retreat will take place in Holland House, Pershore, from 17 to 19March. It will be led by the Very Rev’d Dr David Hoyle, Dean of Bristol. Please speakto the Dean or Assistant Chaplain if you would like to attend.
