    Address other amenities on site (parking, slow pitchdiamonds etc.)Develop a capital cost of the projectDevelop a 5 year operating budget pro-forma

    Develop a report that summarizes the findings andmakes go-forward recommendations to Council

    Note:There may be other options as the work progresses.Investigation will continue for the advantages and disadvantages of each

    option; impacts to other amenities on site or off site will also be determined.Services of a professional Architectural Design Firm will be essential to

    determining accurate design options.
