    Forward-Reverse panel logic 

    1. 

    Interlock of “Emergency stop PB” will be provided to the totalcontrol circuit. After pressing it, control circuit of the panel will be

    disabled.

    2. In Manual mode: I.  Through “Forward/Reverse Selector switch”  Direction of

    motor will be decided.

    II. 

    Motor will be given start command through “Start PB” from panel. Motor will run in selected direction and after reaching to

    “forward/reverse limit switch” it will stop and run in theopposite direction. Again in reverse direction, after reaching to

    “forward/reverse limit switch” it will stop and run in the

    opposite direction.III.  This process will be repeated N-number of times.

    IV. 

    In case motor is required to stop before reaching to“forward/reverse limit switch” this will be done by  “Stop

    PB” 

    3. In Auto mode:I.  Start command will be given to the motor & it will run in

    Forward mode initially.

    II. 

    Then while motor is running in forward mode, after some time

    conveyor will come across a “Forward/Reverse limitswitch”. As soon as it touches this “Forward/Reverse limit

    switch” it will start running in Reverse mode.

    III.   Now in Reverse mode same thing will happen, conveyor will

    hit the same “Forward/Reverse limit switch” again and

    motor will start rotating in Forward mode. This Forward-Reverse (point II & III) cycle will run until “Stop PB” is

     pressed.IV.

       Now when “Stop PB” is pressed, Motor will still be running in

    the same direction (Forward or reverse) as it was untill
