I refer to your unexpected visit to our offices yesterday.

Please note that I take exception to the fact that you think I am dishonest and would be involved In other business ventures where Bosasa' funds are utilized.

Your attitude towards me was confrontative and I don't think this was necessary.

I want to place on record that anybody is more than welcome to Inspect the books of Lamozest.

Gavin emphasized that Lamozest was established for the benefit of certain people which includes you.

We are in the process of getting all the documents signed re. the restructuring of the Bosasa Group. Once this has been done, Gavin' plan is to sit down with everybody, which includes you and to discuss the way forward.

There are only three invoices which I issue on a monthly basis, which you are fully aware of.

No payments, except the tax we had to pay, were ever paid from this account. the signatories on Lamozest' account.

Gavin was approached with a "small" business proposition to by 81 calves and to have them slaughtered after a few months. Gavin decided to give it a go in his private capacity. Yesterday you referred to the involvement of Lamozest which is not the case, therefore I have denied any involvement from Lamozest side.

I could sense that you are aggrieved when you mentioned various other issues, things like you are not looked after and that Gavin is not keeping his promises. These are things that you have to take up with Gavin and nobody else.

I trust that any confusion could be resolved, with a meeting, between you and Gavin.
