1 SecurityOur planning processes have created a responsive MWA model with an early start date of the 18th April. Building on our existing infrastructure we are well placed to offer DWP effective implementation by this date. In order to meet a start date of the 18th April we have made some assumptions in terms of submitting security requirements. In order to provde DWP with a responsive approach we will submit our security plan to DWP after notification of preferred bidder status rather than waiting until 20 days after contract signing. This will facilitate our ability to meet the attached implementation milestones.

15 Placement Provider PartnersIn response to our start date committment of the 18th April we made an assumption that DWP will be able to issue us with the MWA contract award within two weeks of preffered bidder status on the 4th April 2011.
