fall on the tip of the shoulder, or a direct blow.

S&S: Supports the arm & tilts head to injured side, p!, swelling, loss of function (LOF).

Tx: Immobilize, RICE, brace, PT, sometmes sx.

Prevention: Proper technique, padding.
