In January 2013 Westcomb moved into a modern

technical-outerwear manufacturing facility in

Vancouver, British Columbia that also houses

SUBZERO A-LINE THERMOTEK DOWN THERMOTEK ENDUROSleek, and smart. The SUBZERO line is a collection

of expedition weight parkas with an adventure-

inspired, yet urban savvy demeanor. Leveraging the

performance characteristics of the most technically

advanced shell fabrics with the world’s best

insulation fill, each garment encapsulates warmth

in even the most frigid conditions. The SUBZERO

line comes in both 900-down fill or Primaloft

insulation styles.

The high-loft and ultrafine structure of the

natural and synthetic fill create millions of heat

trapping air pockets. The weather-proof shell

fabrics in the SUBZERO collection are durable,

with a comfortable feel, and come in a stylish

array of textures and colors. Exceptional in design

and construction, the SUBZERO line is a stylish

collection for the trendsetting urban explorer.

the unexpected. In alpine conditions like scorching

sun, driving wind and rain, or blustery snow, you

deserve only the best. Providing unquestionable

protection from the elements, A-Line waterproof

shells are designed with the most technically

advanced waterproof-breathable membranes in

the world. Exceeding industry standards, every

piece in the A-line collection has a waterproof

rating in excess of 10,000mm of water pressure.

Direct Venting and constant airflow technology are

engineered into our fabrics to provide unsurpassed

garment breathability.

The face fabrics in the A-line collection are durable

with a comfortable-hand, and come in a stylish

array of colors. Design features like waterproof

zippers and micro-taped sealed seaming locks out

every drop of moisture while keeping weight down.

the cornerstone of any outdoor gear collection.

Because warmth does not have to be big and

puffy. As a layering collection of wind proof and

thermal garments, the ThermoTek Down line

combines high style, perfect fit, and world-class

materials, setting the standard for all-weather

performance in a technical down outerwear. Light

as air. At the heart of this line is an industry leading

9000-fill power down, trapping heat around the

body core and arms with almost no weight.

The tight nylon weave of the featherweight shell

fabric surrounding the down fill is breathable,

abrasion resistant, down proof, windproof, and

water resistant. The eye-catching design and soft

hand of the shell fabric give the ThermoTek Down

collection an exquisite fit and feel in an ultra light,

durable package. Whether they’re layered or worn

alone, ThermoTek Down pieces are a must have

phases of outdoor activity. The intentional design

of each piece includes comfort inspired details like

STANDARD TERMS

Net 30 on approved credit. Accounts will be

shipped up to the assigned credit limit approved

by Westcomb Outerwear. New accounts with no

industry credit will be placed on a Cash Before

Delivery basis until sufficient credit history is

established.

CONDITIONS

All orders are subjected to credit approval and

acceptance by Westcomb Outerwear.

• Order date is determined by the postmark date

or the date the order is received by Westcomb

Outerwear or its representative.

• Adjustments to pre-season orders must be made

30 days in advance of ship date.

Adjustments that reduce the original dollar value

by greater than 15% will result in the loss of pre-

season terms.

• Westcomb Outerwear reserves the right to ship

orders up to 15 days in advance of the requested

ship date.

• Terms are effective from date of invoice.

SHIPPING

All shipments are FOB VANCOUVER, BC

Westcomb warehouse regardless of customer’s

indications on their purchase orders. Westcomb

is not responsible for damage to goods during

shipping.

SHIPPING CLAIMS/DISCREPANCIES

All claims and discrepancies must be reported

within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS

Westcomb Outerwear will not ship to past due

accounts.

A finance change of 2% per month will be assessed

for all past due invoices.

AUTHORIZED DEALER POLICY

Westcomb Outerwear products will be sold

through authorized dealers who provide proper

product knowledge and support. Adequate

support of Westcomb Outerwear product line will

be reviewed periodically in the maintenance of an

authorized dealership. Transhipments of Westcomb

Outerwear products are not allowed.

STORE LOCATION

Westcomb Outerwear reserves the rights to

individually approve new retail locations of existing

authorized dealers.

Webstore Policy Westcomb Outerwear views

webstores as a distinct retail location and reserves

the right to open any existing internet retailer.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Westcomb Outerwear product warranty is

extended to the original consumer and valid

with original proof of purchase. Products are

warranted to be free from defects in material

and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the

product. This warranty does not cover damages

caused by improper care, neglect, product misuse,

accidents or the natural breakdown of materials

over extended use and time. All defective and

damaged products should be returned to original

dealer for pre-evaluation. Legitimate claims will be

repaired or replaced at the discretion of Westcomb

Outerwear.

DISCLAIMER

Westcomb Outerwear’s sole and exclusive

obligation, and dealer’s exclusive remedy for

breach of warranty, will be repair or replacement of

the subject product(s).

TERMINATION

Westcomb Outerwear may terminate any dealer

on 30 days written notice, or upon any breach of

these terms and conditions.
