InvitationOn behalf of the ANZAN Council and John O’Sullivan, Chair of the
Scientific Program Committee, I have great pleasure in inviting you to
sponsor the ANZAN 2014 Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM), which will
be held in Adelaide, 18-22 May 2014.
ANZAN is proud that our Annual Scientific Meeting is the largest
regular gathering of neurologists within Australasia. It is expected
that over 400 delegates will attend the ANZAN 2014 ASM. This is an

The Adelaide Convention Centre was Australia’s
first purpose-build convention centre, and
remains a leading light for the staging of
national and international meetings in Australia.

River, just across the water from the famous
Adelaide Oval and St Peter’s Cathedral, the

Exhibition OpportunitiesThe Exhibition will be held in Halls F & G of the Adelaide
Convention Centre, and will be the central hub of all activities
as part of the Meeting programme. All catering will be served in
this area including lunches, morning and afternoon tea each day.
The Exhibition will be the ideal meeting place for delegates to
arrange to meet with colleagues, conduct informal meetings and
generally use the area as a ‘home base’ during the ASM.
A floorplan will be designed and structured to provide maximum
exposure for exhibitors and also enable delegates to move
freely through the area. This gives each exhibitor a tremendous
opportunity to interact daily with the anticipated 400 delegates.
A floor plan will be available in late 2013.
The organising committee reserves the right to make changes
to the floor plan if necessary. Changes will not, however, be
undertaken without prior discussion with the organisation
affected. All prices quoted include GST.

ExhibitionFurther information regarding the contracted exhibition
build and freight forwarding companies, delivery, hiring
goods, electricity, and storage, etc., will be included in the
exhibitor manual provided to each confirmed exhibitor in
due course.
SecurityThe exhibition will be locked each evening and security
will be on-site during the exhibition opening times. It is
suggested that no valuable items be left at your booth,
especially overnight. No responsibility can be taken for
any loss or damage to equipment and display materials.
InsuranceAll exhibitors must have public liability insurance for
the period of the exhibition. The Organiser will not be
responsible for any loss or injury that may occur to the
exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees, registrants, the public
or property from any cause whatsoever prior to, during
and the subsequent period of the meeting. Exhibitors
shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers from all
liability (damage or accident) that might ensue from any
cause resulting to or connected with the transportation,
placing, removal or display of exhibits.
General Terms and Conditions
DisclaimerEvery effort has been made to present, as accurately as
possible, all the information contained in this brochure.
The Organising Committee act only to procure and arrange
these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act
or omission on the part of the service providers. No liability
is accepted for any inaccuracy, nor for delay or damage,
including personal injury or death, howsoever caused
resulting from or arising out of reliance upon any general or
specific information published in this brochure. In the event
of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee
reserves the right to change any or all of these details.
AllocationsAllocation of sponsorship and exhibition space(s) will be
made strictly in order of receipt of application forms and
accompanying deposits (please indicate sensitivity of
location to other companies). To ensure your sponsorship
selection or the number of booths you require are secured,
please book early. Late bookings are possible but choices
may be limited.
Please note all entitlements are subject to the time of
confirmation (e.g. if the abridged registration brochure
has already gone to print, then the sponsor would miss out
on this entitlement if their 50% deposit had not been paid).
PaymentFinal payment settlement of all outstanding monies is
required by no later than three months after receipt of
deposit or two months prior to the event, whichever is
earlier. If full payment is not received within this time, the
Organising Committee reserves the right to reassign your
sponsorship or display space without notice.
CancellationAny cancellation of bookings must be made in writing and
forwarded to the Conference Consultant. Cancellations
received before 31st January 2014 will receive a refund
of all payments, less the non-refundable 50% deposit.
Cancellations received after 31st January 2014 will
receive no refund.
