Login into the System

a) Enter your User ID and Password and press ENTER.Enter your User ID and password.

b) System will ask for new password. Please enter the new password min. 8 characters.

c) First SAP Screen

d) Enter your Transaction CodeType your desired Transaction Code and press Enter to execute.

Adding Favourites Transaction Codes for Easy Access

There are many transaction codes which are used daily or more frequently. We can add them to our favourite list for easy and fast access. This will help us in remembering them and thus makes our work faster.a) Goto Main SAP Screen and Right Click Favorite and click Insert Transaction

b) A pop-up occurs where you can enter the transaction code to be added to favourite list.

c) Required t-code will be added to Main SAP Screen which can now be directly accessed by double clicking the Code.Favorite Added. Now you can double click to execute it.

Status Bar

Command field: You can use the command field to go to applications directly by entering the transaction code. You can find the transaction code either in the SAP Easy Access menu tree or in the relevant application under System Status. Menu bar: The menus shown here depend on which application you are working in. These menus contain cascading menu options. Standard toolbar: The icons in the system function bar are available on all screens. Any icons that you cannot use on a particular screen are dimmed. Status bar: The status bar displays information on the current system status. Enter a transaction code in the command field: A transaction code (T-Code) is assigned to each function You can find the transaction code for the function you are working in under the Status option of the System menu. For example, to display Accounts receivable master data, enter /n and the appropriate transaction code (in this case /nfd03). Other possible entries: /n ends the current transaction. /oFD03 creates a new session and goes to the transaction (FD03).b) Open additional screen.To open additional screen, please click Icon as below.To open additional SAP Screen for entering another Transaction simultaneously.

c) Field Help F1 and F4Let us run transaction code XD03 ( Display Customer)Select the customer field and press F4 for OptionsSelect the customer field and press F1 for Help
