RUGGED DURABILITY
Malarkeys Highlander-CSshingle technology begins with a
durablelayer of fiberglass mat. Malarkeys unique fiberglass mat is
coated on
sides with quality asphalt which provides long term
weatherability angranule adhesion, protecting your investment.

ZONE
One of the most critical aspects of a successful roofing project
is corrshingle installation. Improper fastener placement is the
leading cause incorrect shingle installation and can subsequently
void the warranty
The Highlander-CSis manufactured using the patented ZONEtecwhich
includes a tapered nailing area over three times larger than
othlaminate shingles. The ZONEslarger nailing area dramatically
imprcorrect fastener placement.
RAIN SEAL PROTECTION
Malarkeys Highlander-CSshingle is manufactured with a double
lindefense in the cri tical area for a laminated shingle, with
double rain sprotection.
The SEBS asphalt has elongation capabilities of up to 800
percent, mait flexible down to zero degrees. The rain seal remains
intact througthe freeze and thaw cycle. Malarkey SEBS asphalt
adhesive is superiorto oxidized asphalt because of its cohesive and
adhesive properties. Tadhesive properties of SEBS asphalt join the
shingle together while thcohesive properties prevent it from
breaking apart from itself.

Highlander-CSshingles come with a 70 mph/113 kph Limited
WinWarranty.
ENHANCED WIND WARRANTY
Highlander-CSshingles are eligible for a 110 mph/177 kph
EnhancWarranty Protection when Malarkeys Smart Startshingle is
installeshingles are six nailed, and Malarkeys supporting
products-Arctic SeRight StartUDL, or Malarkey Hip and Ridge Shingle
(EZ-Ridge 2224*) or Hip & Ridge Str ips (225*-227*)**are
used.
SOLAR REFLECTIVE SHINGLES
Highlander-CSDove White shingles create a cooling effect for
youhome and meet the required reflectance to be designated with
some the industries leading energy conservation standards, ENERGY
STARCRRC.
