Technical specification
Material movement : By rotating disk in the chamber
1. Temperature Measuring as well as setting is Provided in the
system. To reach 70 C temperature it will
take approximately 3 5 minutes depending on the density of the
material.
2. The insects get killed at 38 - 40 C. For further protection
you can set it at 42 - 45 C. This system is
designed on low frequency Radio waves which is safe for the Food
Products. We recommend keeping the
temperature below 45 C to retain the natural fragrance and
properties of the food.
3. Quantity of the spices can be handled 0.5 to 5 Kg.

Delivery 10-12 Weeks after finalization of Order and Receipt of
Advance.
Force Majeure clause is applicable.

Taxes 12.5% VAT Extra or Central Sales tax as applicable
Freight & Octroi Extra at actuals to your account. Material
will be dispatched from our
works in Pune.
Insurance Extra at your cost. In case insurance is done by us,
1% extra will be charged.
Payment Terms
Inspection If necessary, inspection shall be carried out at our
Bombay/Pune works.
Goods will be offered for inspection within 2 days notice in
advance.
Alternatively we will assume the waiver of inspection and
dispatch goodswithout inspection
Warranty Products offered by us are warranted against any
manufacturing defects
for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch. Warranty is
not
applicable for spares or damage of material in transit or at
customer's end.

4. Volume of the test chamber as indicated above in technical

50% Advance and Balance against Proforma Invoice. Late payments
shall be
subject to a charge of 1 % interest per month on the unpaid
balance. In the event
payment is not so made K. A. Tech. shall be entitled in its
discretion to dissolve the
sale and retake possession of the product and retain all monies
received on account
from purchaser in part payment as liquidated damages.
Packing and
Forwarding
All disputes and differences arising out of or connected with
this order, failing
amicable settlement, shall be referred to arbitration under the
Indian arbitration act
1940 or any statutory modification of the time being in force
and such arbitration
shall take place in Pune, Maharashtra. Any dispute arising out
of contracts will be
within jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
