Accenture Delivery Suite

The Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) are part of the Accenture Delivery Suite (ADS) whichis a core component of the Strategic Delivery Model and the CIO Agenda. The ADS consists

of 3 main entities: Accenture Delivery MethodsMarket relevant System Integration methods integratedacross Design, Build and Run Supports custom andpackaged development Support for defining and managing

transitions between client sites and Delivery Centers Accenture Delivery ToolsIntegrated, preconfigured tools for delivery management(program and project management, communication andcollaboration) Integrated, preconfigured tools for systemdevelopment (design, build, test and deploy)

The Accenture Delivery Methods are Accenture's standard methods forplanning and executing systems development and operations work.

Three key drivers led to these new methods:

shift to multi-workforce, multi-site delivery; the need to better integrate Design, Build and Run;

The recognition that our existing core methods can be complex and difficult

to use.

Over the next few days we will look at, in more detail, how the Application

workstream of the ADM can but used to aid the creation and implementation of

custom applications.
