SUBJECT: EMERGENCY WATER SHUT OFF

Dear Tenants:

The water will be shut off in the Argonaut Building for necessary sewer line repairs. The Repairs will take two days and the water will be shut off during the following time schedule:

Date Day Start EndJanuary 30, 2008 Wednesday 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.January 31, 2008 Thursday 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m.

Tenants that use a high volume of water during their operations will need to reschedule all appointments.

Portable toilets will be available for your use and will be located in front of the Argonaut Building. Each portable unit will be locked. Please check out a key from Aaron Woodward, Lobby Attendant to use the portable restrooms. The unit should be locked when leaving the temporary facility.

The water will be turned on after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2008. The restrooms and other sinks may be used after 4:00 p.m. however we request that everyone conserve their use of water, as the repairs will not be final.

This is an emergency situation as the leak in the line is occurring near both the telephone service connections and main electric panel. Our goal is to have the work completed in a safe and secure environment as quickly as possible.
