A message to our patients

1 Show us a photo of someone close to you, we will talk to you about this.

2 Tell us what is worrying you, we want to hear.

3 Think about a time when you were at your happiest.

4 Think about something you are looking forward to.

5 When you feel scared or panicked, try to focus on here and now, look around you noticing things in your room, and let us know you are worried.
