Symptom

No residual items can be created for items that have a withholding tax type with "Central invoice". In this case, the "Residual items" tab page is hidden during open item (OI) processing. However, if you navigate from OI processing to the document overview and back to OI processing, for example, the "Residual items" tab page is displayed. This should not be the case.
