American General Life will provide a graphic and URL
URL includes customized information including:
BGA name & code
Licensing contact at BGA office - agent can proceed if not appointed, serves as a reminder to work with the BGA if not appointed
BGA case management email address – to receive notification from ExamOne when ticket is dropped
Entry via a custom URL is a once and done session. No agent log-in happens so the system does not retain user information and can not save cases for later work
