Probably only a few of You can remember the first insecure, childish steps of “Zlatna Raka” located in the small workshop place of 10m2 at “Stara rampa”, 40 years ago.We were young, ambitions, full of ideas, plans and hopes for the future, just like a young person can be. We had a vision for our company and a great everlasting energy and love for the work… We did not spare neither ourselves, nor You. We thank You for your understanding, supporting and charity.

This is “Zlatna Raka” today:A company recruiting fifty employees, using over 2000m2 working space, a lot of modern equipment, specialised machines (most of them designed and made in our plant) which makes it unique within the frames of our country... Many innovations, discoveries, patents we have made, as well as valuable acknowledgements, diplomas and certificates we have been granted are valuable confirmation of the quality of our products.Each of our products has been first puts on the market in our country, and afterwards some products found their way in the markets of Eastern Europe.A long evident referent list of clients in the country and abroad, with the certificate ISO 9001-2000… speaks of itself.

Segmentni panelni vrati se najnovo, a voedno i najkvalitetno tehni~ko re{enie za gara`ni vrati. Se izrabotuvaat od ~eli~en, plastificiran lim od dve strani, a

prostorot pome|u niv e ispolnet so poliuretanska pena so gustina od 45kg/m3 kako termi~ka izolacija. Debelinata na panelite e 45mm. Segmentnite vrati se koristat

vo industrijata za zatvorawe na golemi povr{ini, a istotaka i kaj individualnite korisnici za gara`ni vrati. Ovie vrati obezbeduvaat potpolno zatvorawe na site

~etiri strani. Nivnata rabota e bez{umna. Poseduvame sopstveno patentirano proizvodstvo na paneli i okov. Dvi`eweto e so pomo{ na el.motor avtomatizirano ili

manuelno.

Sectional panel doors are the latest and also the highest quality technical solution for garage doors. They are made of steel, plastic sheet from two sides, and the space

between them is filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 45kg/m3 as thermal insulation. The thickness of the panels is 45mm. Sectional doors are used in industry for

closuring large surfaces, and also with individual users for garage doors. These doors provide a complete closure on all four sides. Their job is noiseless. We have their own

patented production line of panels and panel’s accessories. The opening and closing is using by el.motor automated or manual.

Rolo ~eli~ni vrati se primenuvaat na mesta kade ne mo`e da se vgradat segmentni vrati i kade ne e potrebna izolacija. Tie ne baraat golem prostor za vgraduvawe.

Izraboteni se od ~eli~en pocinkuvan, profiliran lim, koj potoa elektrostatski se boi vo nijansa po RAL karta. Vo kutija se smestni vratilo i barabani so oprugi na koi

se pricvrsteni lameli. Rolo vratite se nameneti kako za industriski objekti taka i za individualni korisnici. Rolo vratite slu`at za zatvorawe na industriski objekti

i vrati za odojuvawe na pogoni. Isto taka ovie vrati slu`at kako za{tita na izlozi, saloni i individualni gara`ni vrati. Dvi`eweto na vratite e so pomo{ na el.motor

Rolling shutters are used in places where it can be built sectional doors and where isolation is not required. They do not require large space for installation. They are made from

galvanized steel, profiled steel sheets, which are then electrostatic paint shades on RAL chart. In the box is assembled shaft and drums with springs which are attached plates.

Roll doors are intended for industrial buildings and for individual users. Serve as a closing of industrial facilities and separated of plants. These doors also serve as protection

of shop windows, lounges and individual garage doors. The movement of the door is by using automated or manual el.motor.

When protection of property is concerned, either business buildings, offices, or other various types of objects, we offer various types of grid meshes which are easy and simple to use,

visually eligible to various tastes. From this program we suggest several types of meshes: roll mesh standard, bee mesh, and a pipe and grill roll meshes being our new, very attractive

model. The next types we can proudly offer are the clippers grilles that open aside and American doors, modelled for spaces where other type of protection is restricted. We use

full spectre of colours of RAL card. Roll meshes use manual control, like the other types of meshes, with possibility for installing automatic devices with remote control on request.

ili poliuretanska boja. Postoi izbor na standardni gravuri ili izrabotuvame gravuri po mostra na nara~atelot. Vratite se izrabotuvaat spored utvrdena merka, so kasa

elektrostatski oboena (plastificirana). Zaklu~uvaweto e vo vkupno devet (8) to~ki, snabdena so okce - {piunka.

Ognootporni vrati se izrabotuvaat spored standard za vakov vid proizvodi i snabdeni se so ATEST za ognootpornost. Se izrabotuvaat kako PP30, PP60, PP90 i PP 120min

ognootpornost.

Safety doors of various types are made of steel construction with mechanism for vertical locking, equipped with safety-lock with four bolts and standard cylinder lock. Above this

construction is a fireproof insulation, and on the very top surface-laminated chipboard or media pan layer, painted with wood colour with double lacquer, or polyurethane colour.

Cutting groove ornaments may be applied by customer choice. The locking system is engage at nine (8) points. Also, there is small spy door.

Fire protection doors are made according standard for such products and are supplied with approvals for fire. They are made as PP30, PP60, PP90 and PP 120min fire protection time.

This group of products means automatic control for all range of our doors and ramps. According to the types there are motors installed for rolling shutters, sectional doors,

slide and wing yard gates and barriers. They have the most ultimate design and quality when function is concerned. Automatic door control can be installed on request, and the

moving direction is controlled by remote control, mobile phone, button, or lock with a key. In the case of break of electricity, with short intervention the motor can be easily

put in position appropriate for manual opening or closing of the gate. We install photocells and other accessories on request.
