What is a season?
When the sun is in the sky longer, it has more time to warm up the Earth so its Summer!
When the sun is in the sky shorter time, it has less time to warm up the Earth so it is Winter!
Spring and Fall are in between Summer and Winter.
What are the Seasons?
There are four different seasons.

What do I wear??In the fall the weather
starts to get cooler so you wear pants and jackets.

Winter

December 21st is the first day of Winter!
What do I wear??
Holidays in winter:
• Christmas• New Year’s Day• Martin Luther King, Jr.
Day• Groundhog Day• Chinese New Year• Valentine’s Day• President’s Day
It is very cold in the winter so we wear gloves, hats, coats, boots, pants, scarfs and anything to keep you warm!

March 20th is the first day of Spring!
What do I wear??The spring time is
still pretty cold and very wet so
we wear rain coats, boots and hats. We usually have umbrella’s
with us too!

What should I wear??
In the summer it is very hot so we wear t-shirts and shorts. A lot of
the time we also wear swimming
suits!
