What are Hallucinogenic

Drugs? Hallucinogenic Drugs are drugs that make you

hallucinate and distort the persons perception of reality

Hallucinogenic Drugs primary action is to adjust cognition(ability to learn and think) and perception(ability to see and hear)

Heroin is not

Crystal meth is not

amphetamines (speed) in not

Marijuana is not

Drugs that are not Hallucinogenic

LSD is a psychoactive drug that distorts reality

and it causes hallucinations. Also known as “acid”.

LSD is a non addictive drug

It is one of the most common hallucinogenic drugs

Is when a little amount of LSD gets stored in

your spinal cord

It is released into your blood stream causing you to be high even when you haven't took LSD recently

Flash backs are extremely rare and can happen years after ingesting the drug
