Light Differences

In the younger group the light differs due to a smoothness of the skin, the lights reflection is better

and enhances the youthfulness.

In the in-between age group the light differs because of the skin being slightly harsher in certain

places like minor forehead creases. This will affect the picture’s light because the light will have to get into more places and be worked to get even.

The older aged group differs in light affect because the skin is battered and tired, has lost its elasticity and the light needs to be spread out more evenly.

Head and shoulders shoot

for the studio shoot I would need camera gear (camera, batteries, spares, card) additional gear e.g. tripod. The lighting will depend on the preference and style but normally clamshell.

In both my work and his work the lighting is evenly spread out over the subject to achieve the best looking result.

the images can be used for publishing an artist’s name and ideas.

Once the images had been taken they could be sold, published, sent etc.

I would modify the photos to display them by putting them on either billboards or poster size and card backed.
