During the practice of Yoga Nidra, the body and mind float down to a state of deep relaxation where healing can occur. In my opinion, this experience holds the key to inner peace and wisdom; and a well being within yourself, in your relationships, and in your daily life.

ASANA

Asana is the gate through which most westerners enter yoga practice. Asanas are movements and postures developed thousands of years ago to exercise every muscle, nerve and gland in the human body. Asanas are not just stretching, toning or muscle building. They are a sequence of movements to unify breath, body and mind as one, not as independent of one another.

MEDITATION

The practices of meditation our design to help you look into your life with interest and kindness, to see past the stories we tell ourselves, to discover the sanctuary that is inside of you that is pure and whole.

It’s a personal experience to your inner world that words can rarely adequately describe.

PRANAYAMA

Pranayama focuses on regulating the flow of energy throughout the body using the breath. Yoga breathing techniques cleanse on a deeper level to create more ideal conditions in our body for energy to circulate; purifying our environment within.

PRICES

Yoga Class Prices for 2016

CASUAL   CLASS $20 Please note, it is important to check there is a place for you as numbers are limited. 

MONTHLY$70 Our monthly pass gives you access to one class per week. Payment is due at the beginning of every month and the pass expires at the end of every month.

REGULAR MONTHLY$100  The regular monthly pass entitles you to 2 classes a week.Please note, it is preferred that the class be specified as places are limited. If you cannot make a class it can be made up on another day, depending on vacancies. The class cannot rollover to the next month. The regular monthly package expires at the end of each month.
