CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER Cameron’s Coffee is hiring for a Customer Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of shopper/in-store marketing and private label development activities. CAMERON’S COFFEE Cameron’s Coffee is a specialty, small-batch roastery based out of Shakopee, Minnesota with ~$42MM in annual revenue. The company is privately held and employs ~100 people. Our coffee has one of the most robust and loved portfolio of flavors, blends and roasts. Our beans are sourced from all over the world within the Coffee Belt including some of the more exclusive coffees like Kona and Jamaica Blue Mountain. All of our coffee is same-day roasted and packaged in our best in class manufacturing facility. Cameron’s Coffee manufactures the Cameron’s brand, as well as Private Label for select retailers. We were awarded “Grocery Center Store Vendor of the Year” by our largest Private Label partner in 2015. RESPONSIBILITIESThe Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Shopper/In-Store Marketing: Work with CMO and sales leadership to develop shopper/in-store marketing strategy and

demos, and digital and social marketing support Work closely with sales team to sell in and/or co-develop programs with customers Design and execute individual programs and events, working with outside agencies as

appropriate Manage and allocate a shopper marketing budget to maximize impact Lead tracking and reporting of individual programs and collective effort to assess impact

and progress against key metricsPrivate Label: Work closely with sales team to manage existing and new private label and co-pack

brands Lead product and package development Support sales team in identifying and pursing expansion and growth opportunities

Support sales team as needed in developing marketing and in-store programs with customers

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 2- to 3-years consumer promotions and/or customer marketing experience Experience in promotion plan development and execution, project management,

budget management and business analytics Consumer packaged goods experience preferred

SKILLS NEEDED Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to partner with internal

and external stakeholders across multiple functions Proven ability to lead complex projects working with a diverse team of creative

employees and external partners Able to evaluate opportunities and ideas in terms of strategic fit, market need and

viability Effective oral and written communication Strong analytical skills, able to translate data and market information into conclusions

and actionable insights
