Our research field lies on induction heating, induction melting and electromagnetic material processing. It ranges from research for enhancement of state of the art processes to the development of new designed processes like the two-frequency levitation melting. In order to enhance these processes, multi-physical numerical simulation can be used as a helpful tool. In this proposed student work, a numerical investigation should be done for induction heating for press hardening process.
