I further move that the TC affirm that changes have been made since the last public review, that the changes made are documented in LOGFILE-v2.docx inside of the package https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/legaldocml/document.php?document_id=62981 and that the TC judges these changes to be Non-Material in accordance with the definition in the OASIS TC Process (http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#dNonmaterialChange).”The TC approves with a Special Majority Vote.Alvaro detects a minor typos: "tome” must to amend with "tomo", in the Spanish Tradition concerning the name of the partitions. “MOTION #2: to delegate Monica Palmirani to submit the package to the OASIS staff for opening the ballot.”The TC approves.

2.0 Deliverables2.1 - Grant's booklet presentation and voting.Veronique Parisse asks two corrections: i) to add block in the generic elements, ii) to use idref to eventRef or to temporalData in the attribute @start and @end in the modifications annotation. Grant Vergottini will take in care to those two elements.

2.2 - Customization tool for AKN and documentationFabio Vitali presents the sub-schema generator and the main principles concerning the customization of AKN using XSD 1.1 for producing constraints and rules:http://akn.web.cs.unibo.it/akgenerator/After the presentation the TC discusses about the goal of the deliverable.The TC decides to prepare an official deliverable concerning the principles of customization, the methodology of the limitation rules, how to produce extension of AKN. The tool will be mentioned inside of the deliverable as reference, but not as output of the TC.Fabio Vitali will provide a table of content for the next meeting.2.3 - Documentation about advanced use of metadataThis item in the agenda is moved to the next TC.
