How to make a scary face

Step1 get a normal looking face weaver yours or someone else then place the face in Photoshop

Step 2 for a scary look try going to images, adjustments and hue and saturation for a dark look to the picture.

Step 3 when you’re in hue and saturation follow the coordinates.

Step 5 now with the eyes, you can use a brush or paint bucket to colour the whole eyes red.

Step 6 with the next step with the eyes add dark lines running down the face as if the face, use the brush to make sure you get the pupil

Step 7 now for a looming effect add darkness around the face as it is coming out of the shadow
