PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsible for firmware control specialist in the product development/design of power conversion products from initial customer proposal through production launch for the power quality market.

Build/sustaining firmware control platform, and provide control solution with system level during new products development.

Implement firmware control design / code / debug / test report reviews at various product development stages, responsible for firmware control performance.

Research new power converter control strategy, bring up new control idea and continue to optimize control performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Good education background on automatic control and power electronics. Familiar with power electronic components and topology. Familiar with popular control system, PID, Repetitive control, harmonic compensation,

etc. Familiar with popular control simulation tool, PSIM, MATLAB, etc. Experience with C, C++, and the embedded processor programming language is

preferred. Experience programming DSC or ARM processors, TI/ST processors. Must have

Experience with microcontroller peripherals including PWM, ADC, DAC and timer. Familiar with project development process and good project management skill. Good communication skill and problem solving competency. Good writing and oral English skill.
