This approach is based on the convicon that the priories and needs of people using public services in our communies, especially those who are hardest-to-reach, are best met by experienced, local, passionate and mission- driven organisaons who can deliver effecve outcomes. Main Purpose We are looking for a Contract Performance Co-ordinator to support and carry out a range of administrave, financial, and IT-related tasks that facilitate the smooth running of the contracts. As the Contract Performance Coordinator you will support the employment team, maintaining administrave procedures; recommending changes as appropriate, and maintaining the office record-keeping systems. You should be highly organised, able to work independently and be flexible to changing deadlines. You will be the first point of contact for some major contracts and a high level of personal presentaon is important. Dues and responsibilies will be varied on a day to day basis and you will be expected to interact with Clients, Consultants and the senior staff regularly. Main Responsibilies 1) Maintaining contract spreadsheets. 2) Taking and distribung referrals. 3) Preparaon of performance reviews -arrange dates, mes and venues. 4) Regularly updang internal performance reports. Main Purpose

5) Chasing information for ad-hoc tasks from primes to meet deadlines. (Security, staffing, IT, job validation, exit reports)

6) Diary management.7) Maintaining, producing and coordinating various reports and documents.8) Maintaining contract IT portals and taking actions where required.9) Using IT systems to send receive and prepare reports10) Weekly management checks.11) Communicating with partners, supplier and customers by email, phone, etc.12) Minute taking at contract meetings.13) Some travel maybe required.14) Any other tasks as required.
